Here’s a nice easy recipe as a sweet and healthy treat for the kids (and grown-ups).
Simply melt a good knob of butter in a pan, slice bananas lengthways, and cook until brown. Make sure the heat is medium, as the butter may burn if its set too high.
Serve with a drizzle of organic maple syrup, or a squirt of fresh orange juice. You may also like to add a little cinnamon. Best eaten straight away!
