Potatoes with kelp

This is almost a little embarrassing to include, but eating healthy doesn’t have to be complicated.  You will probably find this a lot with the recipes I post – they often have the words ‘easy’, ‘fast’ or ‘economical’ in there somewhere, as I’m all for making life easier when it comes to preparing food.


Coconut oil


Chop up your potatoes in the way you like them: diced, chunky or shoestring.  Then add a couple of tablespoons of coconut oil and sprinkle the kelp lightly through.  Turn a few times during cooking but don’t overdo too much in the beginning as the potatoes may break up.

An easy side dish to have that the kids will enjoy too.  And that kelp will do wonders for them.  Enjoy!
