Nut-Berry Cream

This was a yummy treat we made for afternoon tea which the girls helped with.  We used frozen blueberries for the cream and then spooned some raspberries in the bottom of Great Nana’s vintage glasses.  You could serve in wine glasses as a nice way of presenting a dessert.


1 cup of frozen berries
1 cup of cashews
¾ cup water
½ t vanilla powder (or extract)
Pinch cinnamon
A little raw honey (or a few drops of stevia)

Blend all ingredients in the blender until smooth and serve – that easy!
